Dr. Rusty L. Francisco founded NC-CLEX, Inc. He studied, worked, and trained in the USA for more than 20 years.
In the US, he initially worked as a staff RN specializing in the fields of critical care (ICU, CCU, ED, Trauma, Neuro and Open Heart Unit). He became Director of Nursing Services, Director of Nursing Education/Staff Development, Executive Nursing Administrator and full-time faculty of nursing schools.
He obtained his Masters of Science in Education at the Florida International University, Graduate School of Adult Education and his Doctorate of Education at La Salle University, Graduate School of Theological Education.

- Twice elected as president of the Philippine Nurses Association Florida Chapter and served on the Board of Phippine Nurses Associaiton – America.
- First Filipino president of Dade County Directors of Nursing Association – Long Term Care.

- First nursing review consultant CGFNS/NCLEX-CAT for Credence-HR based in Singapore, Malaysia and India.

if i were you id rather enroll my bls at the red cross center..mas maganda ang training di gaya ng bls ng nc clex baguio na sabay sabay lahat kau mag perform in one day na kulang lecture nila..sa red cross maganda kasi individual from adult,child to infant then expert mga lecturer nila..sorry but thats the truth

Hi, mam Rona ask ko nga po if active pa yung office ng NC-CLEX sa Baguio? I tried calling the number indicated pero walang sumasagot and also I sent an e-mail pero I got no response at all. I want to attend seminars and trainings sana pero Baguio area lang. Kung meron ka pang maisusuggest na institution na situated sa Baguio please pakiinclude na rin.Thank you.

Nan Rona, I just want to ask..in your opinion, where’s the best institution to get hold of the BLS,ECG and ACLS program po? I kindof stumbling upon numerous intitutions that caters to such, pero I am also guaging whether where to actually apply for. Thank you so much Mam.

hi’ if only i could say im not worth my training in this institution, where does 15t goes in dialysis training here in baguio city, what about the provisionary receipt given, pls be careful on the training center your joining they can be persuading but not worth it,
