George Cordero, president and owner of Inress Review Center may now be subjected to administrative proceedings by the PRC

The Court of Appeals dismissed George Cordero’s appeal today (July 2, 2009, Thursday). He is the president and owner of Inress Review Center who allegedly leaked questions in the 2006 nursing licensure examination.

According to Associate Justice Mariano Del Castillo of the court’s Special Twelfth Division, in a one-page resolution, George Cordero may now be subject to administrative proceedings by the Professional Regulation Commission or the PRC.
