CCNAPI Training Program: Basic Critical Care Nursing Course

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Basic Critical Care Nursing Course is a five day program intended to provide the new nurses with an overview of critical care nursing practice. It will present the physiological concepts that will be the basis of understanding the diseases and nursing assessment. CCNAPI Training Program: Enhancing Resuscitation Skills (Cardio-Cerebral-Pulmonary-Resuscitation)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Resuscitation practice follows the established 2005 International Council guidelines that was published and developed using evidence-based recommendation for CPR and emergency cardiovascular care. This course intends to update the nurses with these guidelines to enhance their resuscitation practice skills. A one-day seminar-workshop is designed to provide the nurses with information and opportunity to renew and update their resuscitation skills and at the same time improve collaboration for emergency and advance cardiac life support through a timely, organized and comprehensive referral of the victim. CCNAPI Training Program: Advanced Cardiac Life Support: The ABCD of Resuscitation

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The course is designed for nurses who participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of the hospital. Through this course, the nurses will enhance their skills in assisting during the treatment of the adult victim of a cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies. This course on the ACLS: The ABCD of resuscitation will emphasize the importance of basic life support – CPR to patient survival; the integration of effective basic life support with advanced cardiovascular life support interventions; and the importance of effective team interaction and communication during resuscitation.
