@Mik – hindi naman. Kung walang naman nanghihingi sa’yo, huwag mo na kunin. Ang official kasi na papers ay yung Certificate of Board Passing and Certificate of Board Rating.

hi mam rona..ang schedule po na makukuha ko ang certificate of passing and certificate of board rating ko is on oct 26 pa,and the release of license ko is on oct 8 na (ang galing kase mauuna pa ung lisensya ko sa mga certificates, september 17 ako nag register.. hehe)pwede po kaya on oct 8,pagkuha ng lisensya,humingi ako ng form na eto(VERIFICATION SLIP)?since matatagalan pa nman ang mga certificates ko?need ko po kc sa work, AND ISA PA..makukuha po ba agad etong form na ito on that very day?or katulad nun mga certificates na may specific dates before makuha..thanks mam in advance!
@zy – yes as far as I know, since verification slip lang naman siya at hindi certificate na kailangan may mga pirma at nakalagay sa official PRC paper, pwede ka kumuha niyan anytime. Usually sasabihin mo lang na hihingi ka lang ng verification slip tapos hihingan ka ng valid ID. Tapos tatawgin yung name mo or pagiintayin ka na nila doon mismo kung saan window mo siya kukunin.
and mam, last question,..hehe not related to this, mejo bothered po kse ako, nde po kya nakakahiya ang board rating ko sa mga employer na 80.20%?kse po I graduated cum laude, feeling ko mababa yung board rating ko sa achievements ko..what do you think?sbe nman nun iba..makakuha ka ng line of 8 sa board is a great achievement na daw po..may tertiary hospital daw po kse na mataas standards, and line 80 and above lang ang mga ina accept..thanks mam ^^
@zy – I disagree what the others are saying. Passing the board is a great achievement. Getting a high grade is rock and roll. A grade of 80% is high enough. Just compare it to the grades of those who are on the top 10. It’s not that far off.
I don’t believe that the board rating is the only factor to consider when applying in hospitals. Don’t forget that you also must have, kapit, kilala and pera.

Thank you for…1) now, i know may gagawin pko sa PRC aside from pagkuha ng license on oct8, and 2) atlast…na boost uli ang aking moral with my rating, eniweiz..as you have said, rating is not the only factor wen applying,now, I realize again that it is more on character that can make you become a good nurse..^^

you can request for a copy of your Board Rating certificate. regular request could take days or even weeks. if you pay for the PRC express service, you can get it on the same day too.
ma’am rona ask q lng po if pwde n po asikasuhin agad ung certificate of board passing and certificate of board registration s PRC even if d pa nag oathtaking..our oathtaking kc is on march 14-15 p..eh since matagal pa yun bago makuha..tnx ma’am =)

@naomie – pwede ka mag-oath-taking kahit saan. Better call PRC Cebu to ask if you could register in Manila. What I know is you have to register where you filed to take the board exam cause your documents are in that PRC office.

I would like to ask you ma’am the process of registration in manila for the july 2011 board passers now that the mass oath taking is not anymore implemented..Should we go to PRC first and file the oath form there then go to our registration venue at VTECH TOWER at Araneta Ave.?Ano po bang susuotin sa registration kung isasabay na dun ung individual oath taking maam?
We really need your instructions for this ma’am coz me and my friends are from ilocos and had our NLE in Manila..So before our departure for Manila tomorrow night,may we know what to do..
