Mam sa cebu po ako magpa register pero nka post po na kailangan dalhin yong naf and perrc photocopy pero nawala po kasi ang sa akin ano po ba ang gagawin ko? Pls help me po thanx

for oathtaking ? kailangan po ba tlaga ung naf and perrc card? pano kung nawala due to transfer of house. is it still possible? pls rep asap tnx

hi po, isa po ako sa mga nakapasa sa nle last december 2012. kailangan po ba talaga ang NAF and PERRC COPY? nawala po kasi yong sa akin eh. pero may NOA ako. ano po ang gagawin ko sa cebu po ako magfile ng registration ko please help me… thanx
