Ask ko lang po meron po ba tayo website na pede natin makita ang RN license status natin or parang access to verify our RN license sa Philippines? Amore than five years na po kase ako hindi nakakapg renew ng Philippine RN License ko, hindi ko na nga po makita rin kc licensed na po ako sa ibang country. San ko po pede magkaroon nga access dun? Ano procedure po? Thank you very much po.
@Victoria – the PRC website is the only place where you are supposed to find your RN license status. go to their website and browse around for it.

ask ko lang po may friend po ako from na nasa abroad right now at di siya makauwi due to financial probs. so ako po ang ngvolunteer mgclaim ng license niya we took the exam this july 2011.. isa po sa requirements niya is yung certificate of passing pwede ko po ba malaman kung pwedeng ako ang kumuha I have her noa as proof..

Ako po ay gradute ng nursing sa Philippinas.Sa isang hospital dito sa Jeddha ako ng work bilang nursing assistant sa opd department .Gusto ko po mag take ng board exam. sa pinas pag uwi ko.Di ko po nagawang mag try mag take ng nursing board exam kase po umalis agad ako nag bansa after graduation.Kung mag take po ako ng exam kailagan ko po nag major,minor case kase po yung dati kung case di ko na po alam kung nasan. I have a problem releasing my renewed license last february and the last time I call last march they say “your license is still not available for release and maybe by april it will be finish”. maam rona, july 2011 NLE board passer po ako, pero hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin available yung PRC professional license ko, malapit nang mga year, ganon po ba talaga katagal ang prc professional id release? salamat po.
pwede po ba magpasa ng prc form na may bura? o mga minor damages sa papel?

Hello! I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in California married to a Fillipino citizen. I know CRNA’s are not utilized in the Phillipines but I have 25 yrs trauma experience in both civilian and military hospitals around the world. My plan is to retire in Manilla in the near future. hi po pde po malaman kung ano pde ko gawin? kc nandito na po ako sa canada now and nag aaply po ako sa CNO dito need po nila ng verification of registration from PRC the problem po iba na po ang gamit kong name sa pagaaply ko dito sa canada my asawa n po kc ako.. pero ung nandun sa license ko nde pa ako ng change ng surname and status. pinatawagan ko po sa sister ko ang PRC sabi need daw nila ng personal apearance pag magchachange ng status..anu po ang pde ko gawin nde naman po ako pde umuwi.. thank you po.

I’ve just passed the board exam this June 2012. During the time that I applied for exam in PRC, I’ve put a middle name in my entry because since childhood, I was taught to put middle name on my full name, so my school records have middle name as well. But after I applied in PRC, I’ve realized that my full name in my NSO Certificate of Live Birth has no middle name since I was born out of wedlock and using my mother’s maiden name. For the registration of license in PRC, is it possible to file a petition for correction of data to remove the middle name so that the information in PRC ID will conform on the name appearing in my birth certificate?
