@rhea – you can call PRC to ask why they changed their schedule as I do not know too why they changed the deadline.

Ms.Rona. Thank you po! I figured out na how to get to PRC from cubao station. I can take LRT 2 tapos baba sa recto lakad ng kaunti, viola, PRC na pag nawala ksama qo naman si ms. magtanong.. hehe. yun authorization letter kailangan ba po na kumuha sa prc or pwede gagawa na lang po ako ng sarili kong authorization letter. Kasi gusto kong ipakuha na lang sa iba yung certificate ko. at kailangan ba po na notarize?
@JOx – it won’t be an authorization letter if you will be asking it from the PRC. The purpose of the authorization letter is to to authorize a specific person to do things in your behalf. It doesn’t need to be notarized. You may want to call PRC first to verify too if it does indeed need not to be notarized.
just want to ask kung magkano po ang babayaran ko kapag nagrenew ako ng license ko.Almost one year na po etong expired.
@precious trillanes – I believe its Php 450 for the renewal fee and less than Php 100 for the late registration.
To maam rona ask ko lng po kng pwede makarenew ng license sa iloilo pero sa manila po ako kumuha ng exam at ng process ng license…taga bacolod po ako…this january na mg expire ung license ko..thnks po..God bless..

Ma’am Rona, nag-iinbo po ako sa facebook nyo pero di nyo po ata napapansin.. magtatanong lang po sana ako. nawala po yung license ko. ano po dapat kong gawin? at mga kailangan ipasa sa prc para makakuha ko ulit ng id? please HELP po.. nalaslasan po kasi ako ng bag at nakuha wallet na andun lahat ng ID ko… tsaka yung PNA membership Card ko po kasama din nawala.. kailangan ko po bang kumuha ulit ng bago? thank you Ma’am. sana po ay matulungan ninyo ako..
@eryana15 – I prefer to answer queries regarding nursing-related stuff here at the site. You can always go to PRC to ask for a duplicate of your PRC license card. As for your PNA membership card, you can go to PNA and ask for a replacement for it too.
mam how long po ba bago dumating yung board certificate na pina express mail ko?? almost 2 months na po wala pa ehh..

@lovely – at the moment, no. those 3 that I mentioned are what is being required to be able to renew your PRC license.

@sky_margie – 2009? last year pa yun ah. malamang ready na yun pero tawag ka muna sa PRC para sigurado at di masayang ang pagpunta mo doon. dala ka na din ng mga ID para yun ang i-present mo kung nawala na ang receipt mo.

@missveramarie – yes those are the only requirements still. I am not sure if there will be a penalty for late registration but I’m pretty sure that if there is, it will be very minimal (less than 100 pesos) since your license expired last December 6 lang (barely a month).

@lore – I am not sure of the exact amount of penalty per year lapsed but I can say that it won’t be more than 200 pesos.
maam i have problem in getting my board certificate i filed it in in my province last august 2 2010 during my vacation its getting already 5 mos i let my husband follow up they say to my husband to come to manila prc so ano po gawin magaaply po ba uli kasi dito na po ako ksa or we can use that stab na binigay sa amin nang prc cagayan de oro ksi po my employer want urgent ano po gawin ko maam please po i want ur help with this problem of mine i passed my board exam 1992 pa po negligence ko din po ito ksi dumating offer for me to work here in ksa request ko na po yun 2003 dito sa prc cdo so punta ako prc manila same year din na forward na daw province ko then after 4 years i checked it in prc cdo sabi nila pinabalik na manila ngaun papuntahin ko na lng aswa ko mnila well it be possible for him to take my documents please po maam i really need ur help for this matters they really want it urgent one more thing po pagnagpared ribbon doon din po yun prc i pa process how mny days it will take ksi po maam taga mindanao po kami baga mlayo at kailangan mkitira po sa maynila magastos

@aura – the Certificate of Board Passing doesn’t indicate the license number. The examination number is not going to be your license number.

@esha – PRC Baguio’s site says that they update it regularly. As for how true it is, I do not know. You can call them to follow-up your license card. Let them know that your batchmates are already in the list.

@rexil – no I don’t think the main PRC website has that kind of function. The PRC Baguio site has a list of available PRC license cards though.
Maam Rona, Good PM.. Gusto Ku po Sana Mag apply sa DOLE for RNheals program, kaya lang sa Feb pa daw marelease ng PRC-Cebu Ang license namin, eh kailangan ung License Number sa application online, feb 4 ang deadline of registration.. is there any other way para maka apply aku? i would die hard just to be part of this project.. haiizttt….
@Rexil – check the registration number in your claim stub. That registration number will also be your license number.

@eloisa – try to call the PRC regional office that you registered into. Maybe they can give to you your registration number.
G’day, Maam! ask po sana ako re:renewal of expired nurse license, last aug.2010 po nag expire ang sa akin. wala po bang ibang requirements ang kailangan para mag renew? no work experience po ako since pumasa last 2007, do i need to undergo didactic training? gusto ko po sanang mag IVT training, if ever nakapag apply na po ako ng renewal, pwede po ba akong maka apply ng IVT or any training or seminars (connected to our profession) kahit hindi ko pa po natatanggap ang I.D card license ko? @maan reynes – no need to undergo didactic training. all you need is your old PRC license, 1×1 ID picture (white background), PhP 600+ renewal fee. yes you can apply to train for IVT even if you haven’t got your new PRC license. Just take note of your license number because that’s what is needed. Better yet, photocopy it and present it (in the meantime).

@igadan – yes you may present your old PRC license card. It’s best to call PRC too though so we’d all be sure about this.

@androv RN – i am not sure but my best guess is it’s less than 100. I think you only need to bring what you want to be authenticated.

Ask ko lang po bakit ang cssd techinician wala o hindi makapag apply ng PRC license dito sa Pilipinas? The fact na nirerequire na rin ng mga overseas employers na may license ang cssd technician. Nakakakuha lang kami ng license from other country ang requirements lang secondary education and cssd experience at makakapag exam na kami pero dito sa Philippines wala. Sana magkaron na rin dito sa pinas ng license for cssd technician para hindi naman mahirap magapply abroad.
mam.. ask ko lang po pede pa po ba ako makapagregister ngayon kahit super late na? i’m a july 2010 board passer and ngayon lang ako magreregister..possible po ba?

maam inquire po me about prc card renewal for nurses…working in the middle east po but my vacation will not allow me to renew my prc card on time…ano po pwedeng gawin? then s city nmn s phils ala ding prc office so need to file in manila pero d po me stay manila once my vacation comes kc connecting flight lng…wat po advise nyu?
@charmee – you can ask somebody to renew it for you. You will have to give an SPA to your representative.

@charmee – depends with PRC. Sometimes as quick as 3 weeks and as long as 3 months. Have it renewed na earlier if you can.
I have filed my license renewal last July 2010 to Prc Baguio City,till now I haven’t got my renewed license it was 6 months already has passed what went wrong.?Menchie c. Benito

@Karen – yeah you can train for IVT even if you already are married. Just inform ANSAP.

@rommel tupac – only PRC can answer this for you. You have to call them directly to inquire about the status of your wife’s renewal of license application.

Hi maam Rona.
Morning po. Etatanong ko sana po if how many days ang pag process ng license. Aabot ba eto ng one month? sa 2008 pa po ako naka pass ng board and from cagayan de oro po ako..
currently na sa manila ako ngayon at gusto ko sanang makuha na lang ang license sa PRC dito mismo. Kung pwede kaya ito? or dapat dun sa cagayan de oro since dun ako ng take ng board..

@Neil – yes you will claim your PRC License card where you registered. For some, it took at least 3 – 6 months.
