Certificate of Registration for Registered Nurse
After initial registration, the Certificate of Registration and/or the PRC license card shall be claimed by the licensee personally at the Central Office or the Regional Office where the application has been filed. If there is an unavoidable need for a representative, the representative must present his/her identification paper with picture and a Special Power of Attorney form. The Registration Number/License Number is found at this line:

@RN – you have to request for the Certificate of Board Rating. You may request for it during your initial registration.

hi mam! ask ko lng po july passer ako wala naman pong naginform about the PRC’s Certificate of Registration for Registered Nurses ngayon ko lng po nalaman ito. pano po magaaply?
@abiwabi – you don’t apply for your Certificate of Registration. It is supposed to be given to you together with your PRC license card.

@PAUL – yes to the first question. For the 2nd question — i am assuming to make the registration process convenient and less tedious.

@jsdm – you will just have to claim it. no need to make a request for it. Call them first to inquire if it is already available so you don’t waste your time, effort and money.
mam how long does it take para makuha ang board certificate…nkuha q liscence ko last november
@jen – it can be as long as 6 months for some.
gud am po, mam nagparegister po ako kanina, kaya lang po ngkamali ako ng sulat about sa date of graduation.. pagkauwi ko po ng bhay saka ko lng naisip na april pala un imbes na march.. may kaso po ba iyon sa license q? tnx po
@angel – it won’t really matter unless they check on it for some particular reason. it’s a minor issue that you can easily have corrected if you can.
can i register for certificate of registration? i already have my license and certificates for board rating and passing but not the certificate for registration. when is the best time to file for registration? thanks

mam, kakakuha ko lng ng certificate of registration march 16,2011.. mam ang tanong ko lng po need pba ito nung prang GOLD SEAL or dpat bang ipa seal??. kc may nkita ako meron gold seal samantala sabi skin dun sa window na pingkunan ko nito.. pwede na daw ako umuwi eh ngtatanong ako sakanya kung meron pbng ggwin dito.. ang sagot nya umuwi na daw ako.. mam rona gs2 ko lng po ma clarify mula sa inyo itong problema ko sa PRc. @rowell – baka iba na ang itsura ng CoR sa batch niyo. Tsaka PRC na mismo ang nagsabi na OK na ‘yan so OK na ‘yan.
waaaaa mam rona.. need your advice please. im a july 2010 board passer and i got my PRC ID na po pero wala ako natatandaang nakuha na board certificate, yung katulad po dun sa ni upload nyong file sa taas ng website, yung mukang diploma. panu po ba yun. kala ko yun certificate na yon eh un ung board certificate kasi certification lang nakalagay eh.. =’( yun pa naman pinasa ko dun sa possible employer ko abroad.. kala ko kasi talaga yun na yun ee.. huhu.. panu ko po makuha yun certificate of registration ko? sabi nyo rin po kasi sa iba na makukuha yun when you get your PRC ID ee.. kaya lang wala po talaga kasama ee.. =’( ty

Mam Rona, ask ko lang poh.. I got my certificate of registration at the prc yesterday… i took the boards last june 2009.. does the certificate have a gold seal on it? How come mine just has a dry seal on it??? Should I be alarmed?
@Lucille – as long as you already have paid and registered, it’s all good. It’s possible that they changed the gold seal into a dry seal. Probably because it’s more innovative? Don’t worry too much about it but if you are still unsure, you can always call PRC to verify this.
ma’am rona pano po pag di ko nasunod yung exact date ng nakalagay sa claim stub.. a week after the said date ko pa makukuha license.. pwede po ba yun?

ma’am rona, ask ko lang po.. april 14 po kasi yung nakalagay na date sa claim stub ng license ko.. pwede po ba yun kung kunin ko sa april 26 or 27.. wla po kasi ako sa manila ngayon..
@sharie – yes you can claim it anytime after what is on your claim stub.
mam..im a board passer of 2009, but i still dont have my COR, it was not included sa mga other certifications, can i get it po ba sa manila kung sa baguio ako ngfile ng initial registration? mga gaano po kaya katagal yun, many thanks mam..

Ask ko lang po sana kung iba pba ung certificate of registration dun sa rating at passing. I’m confused! Un lang kc ung nakuha qo e at sa PRC Manila qo un kinuha. Pero ung PRC card qo wala pa by 4-6mos. pa kc ang releasing sa PRC Lucena, at dun lhat ng records qo nka file at dun aqo nkaregister. Kasabay qo na ba makukuha ung COR pag claim qo ng PRC card qo?

mam question lang po. I failed to get my license on the given date na binigay sakin ng prc para ma claim ko yung license ko kasi I gave birth. I am a Dec 2010 board passer.. i went to PRC earlier to claim my CoR coz i thought after months of waiting eh marerelease na yung CoR.. Sadly, nasayang ang effort ko. I tried calling their office kaso laging busy so i decided na pumunta nalang dun. Is there any way i can get it kasi it’s a requirement for my application?
What did PRC tell you when you claimed it?
Hello po. Nasunog po kasi yung building ng prc dito sa Butuan at kasama po dun yung board certificate namin. pwede po ba akong magrequest ng reproduction of board cerificate dun sa manila main office? ilang araw or weeks po ang aabutin sa pag-reproduce ng bagong board of certificate? thank you!

I’am July 2011 passer. Is it possible to get my Certificate of Registration. I was trying to call PRC at this no. 7368018 but it was always busy. I’m from Morong Rizal, kaya po masyado malayo kung pag punta ko don di pa available yong COR.

i would like to ask if the given sked in prc manila is stricly followed, such as that manila and pampanga passers are only allowed to have their initial registration in PRC Manila? As for my situation Ma’am I had my exam last july2-3, 2011 in Dagupan, results was release by august and I was one of the lucky ones to pass, I am having a vacation in pampanga and was thinking of going for registration in PRC Manila instead of PRC baguio since it be less a hassle and by distance it’s nearer..do you think PRC allows non manila and pampanga passers to proceed with registration in PRC Manila? hi mam rona, would just like to ask if nagdidispose ba ang prc ng mga unclaimed certificate of registration? june 2009 passer. hindi ko na po siya na claim dahil sa sobrang tagal ng release at nagstart na magwork tapos manggagaling pa po ako ng province, baka after 2 weeks ko pa siya mapuntahan. i tried to call kaso laging busy. Hello po Maam Rona. I had my PRC ID through a representative and so I issued a special power of attorney then, the certificate was not included at that time. Now after 10months from registration, I want to acquire my COR through a representative again. Is an SPA still required this time eventhough I already acquired my PRC ID?Pls reply Maam. Thank u.
