Hi po, I tried to file for MLE last Nov 2011 but sa Municipal Health Officer pa lang declined na. Ayaw pirmahan yung cases ko. So I want to try again but in a Hospital naman para mas valid. Kahit primary lang, saang hospital po kaya pumapayag na kumuha ng Delivery cases here in Metro Manila? Thanks po.
