Home Health Care - Home-Based Care Nurses
Home Health Care
We are in need of caregivers/nurses for deployment to families/clients who request for them.

The REQUIREMENTS are:
1. updated resume with photo
2. Recent I.D picture (any size)
2. photocopy of:
a. certificates of trainings/lectures/seminars attended
b. NBI/Barangay/Police Clearance
c. PRC (If Nurse/P.T)
d. TESDA (If Caregiver/housekeeper)
e. Certificate of Graduation
f. attendance to at least two of our training modules (seminar fee Php 500/per day).

g. in-house training at our facilities for 14 days (training fee is Php 150.00/per day)
h. Long white folder

Steps to FOLLOW for APPLICATION:
1. Complete the required documents
2. Fill-up the HHC Application form: Download it here.
3. Submit all requirements to the HR Assistant for verification
4. Interview schedule: Monday to Friday between 2 - 3 pm in the afternoon. See. Ms. Erlia Almira, RN - Nurse Operation officer of HHC.

guys.. i applied for this institution... actually they called me up and they said i'm gonna start my training tomorrow,,

yung training na 14days hindi ko na bbyadan as long na gawin kong 1month yung taining ko sa kanila.. much better diba?...

yung letter G: my options nmn na sinsabi eh.. if wula daw pampayment sa 14days ng training which is 150/day.. pwede mong gawin 1 month yung training instead na 14days at wula nmn xang bayad..

okay lang po ba na magapply dito kahit wala pa po akong experience and yung training po dito ang magiging kaunaunahang training ko po?
