I would like to ask help from this website.The company that I am working right now is owned by a korean.It is an online english tutorial company. In this work, I and my co-workers are having this problem.We always worked on holidays without any double pay. We also don’t have services like SSS or PhilHealth.If we are absent, even with a valid reason, we are deducted 500 pesos from our salary.We are also “No work, No pay” basis. We are also asked to come to work 15 mins before the work time. I f we are late for just 1 minute, we will be also deducted 500 from our salary.
Please help us.

i would like to complain about my Boss. since year 1995 until now i nerver receive a double pay every holiday. And hindi niya rin binibigay yung tamang sahod ko. maraming gawa o customer na pumapasok sa loob ng companya pero every saturday at araw ng pasahod hindi niya ibinibigay yung sahod ko sa tamang oras araw. maliit na nga ayaw pang ibigay sa tama at lagi niyang sinasabi na wala siyang pera. pero always ako pumapasok, sa tamang oras, all around nako kahit hindi ko linya ginagawa ko na. Gusto ko sanang tulungan niyo ko na makaalis na rito sa Kompanya na ito at bayaran ako bago makaalis.
