siguro mas ok din kung iaaddress din nila yung nurse:patient ratio sa mga hospitals…kase sa totoolang from what i have observed sa mga hospitals…kulang tlga sila sa staff..di lang sila naghihire kase there are volunteer nursess who are ready to give their servic for free..in hope that they will get a slot for staff position..i think bon should work with doh (or whatver oragnization is assigned for hospital administration…)by doing this you are not only protecting the welfare of the nurses…but you can improve quality of health service
