How to Register for CCNAPI Seminars and Training
How to register for CCNAPI Seminars and Training:
1. To be able to attend the seminars and/or training programs of CCNAPI, you must pre-register and pay the registration fee at:
Critical Care Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CCNAPI)
8th Floor, Medical Arts Building
Philippine Heart Center
East Avenue, Quezon City
2. Fill-out and sign (conform) the CCNAPI Seminars and Training Pre-registration form which will be handed to you.
Admin Note: You can also download the CCNAPI Seminars and Training Pre-registration form here.
3. Sign on the registration sheet. Write your complete name legibly. This will serve as your primary attendance and the basis of the name to be printed in the certificate.
4. Pay the registration fee and get your official receipt and the map (if there’s any) of the training venue. (Training venue map can be viewed below)
Notes:
- Enrollment to any seminar is non-transferable and rescheduling is not allowed.
- Date of activities are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
- Certificate of participation will be earned at the end of the seminar, provided that you have a complete attendance.
- Handouts for the “Enhancing Resuscitation Skills” and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training are provided upon registration.
- Registration fees are inclusive of handouts, certificate and free-flowing coffee.
- Bring your official receipt and handouts (if provided) on the day of the seminar.

hi mam. do u think they have available IV insertion training in provinces like Bacolod City. there is only 1 hosptal who offers that training and they only give it to their staffs. is there any way to find out if there are seminars done around the country?

good day! I’ve read that the Cardio-Pulmonary Nurse Training Program which was scheduled May 9, 2011 will be postponed. I am planning to attend the said date but I want to know where will be the newly assigned venue for this program.. and may i know the schedule of the training? if it is weekdays 8 to 5? thank you!
