just finished my IVT training in Pines City Doctor’s Hospital here in Baguio city. i’d like to ask if 3+3+1 cases is already in effect/implemented? or do they still have to roll out the info or something? kasi, the ANSAP provider of our IVT still say that its 3+3+2 for the cases. Clarify lang po, so we’ll know what to follow

with this regards that the ANSAP having provision of IVT Providers/Holders had been given a chance to renew their expired IVT. My case was expired long time ago for more than 10 yrs and also i lost my ID card. There is any possibility to allow me to re-apply for this provision. Another thing, can i further notarize my Letter of lost to anywhere or there is a certain office to go for notarization purposes.

@Lito – kung 10 years ago na siyang expired, mag ba-back to Basic IVT training ka na. Pwede ang notarization kahit saang notary public na opisina.

as per attached provision from the ANSAP.. it is clearly written there that the required blood Administration from 3.3.2 to 3.3.1 Therefore, it is effectively regulated by ANSAP.
if you want to make the same as the old requirement.. Go ahead, it is still permitted and nothing will alter with your application for IVT Provider.

HEllo maam..My ivt card expired last march 2010, can i renew my card by attending the 24ceu units this year or do i have to go back to the 3 day basic iv which is redundant?
