Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Board of Nursing (BON) schedule of schools for the Oath-taking ceremony at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia on March 14 – 15, 2011.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • Come to PNA and avail your tickets ONLY on the specified day and time on your Priority Slip
  • If it is not possible for you to come personally, send an authorized representative
  • If you missed specified day and time, “after 6 pm” on your Online Priority Slip means:
6:01 pm – 6:30 pmticket selling closes at 6:31 pm

Bring the following requirements:

  • A valid ID
  • PRC-NLE Notice of Admission (NOA) + Printout of your Sequence Number
  • Authorization Letter + valid of ID of your representative

PRC-NLE Verification Slip in NO LONGER  a requirement

Ticket for Inductee – Php 350

Ticket for Guests – Php 200 each

An Inductee can avail two (2) Guest Tickets
Just bring extra cash if you need a total of 3 or 4 Guest Tickets in case there will be extra tickets

Membership Fee with The Philippine Nurses’ Association – Php 400

Check the Schedule of your schools for the Oathtaking at SMX
If your school is not on the list, you may choose your own schedule, either March 14 or March 15
