It has come to our attention that PHC’s HEART Foundation website can no longer be accessed and based on comments from PND readers — the HEART Foundation is in the process of dissolution.
The Heart Educational Advancement Research and Training (HEART) Foundation Inc.
Basic Electrocardiography (ECG) training.
A workshop for nurse, caregivers. medical, and paramedical personnel to provide them with a basic understanding of electrocardiography. Participants learn to take and interpret ECG tracings through lecture-demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
Target Participants: paramedical health care professionals
Pre-requisite course: none
Total training time: 20 hours
Training fee: Php 3,000
Validity: no expiration

How to register: Attend the one-day registration scheduled every month (see registration dates per schedule) at:

Requirements during registration:
- Photocopy of PRC license/claim stub
- TOR (for under board participants only)
- 1 piece 1×1/2×2 ID picture
- Accomplished registration form:
HEART Foundation Inc. Registration Form (BLS, ECG, ACLS, PALS)
Notes:
- Dates of activities are subject to change without prior notice.
- First-come, first-served registration.
- Strictly no advanced reservations.
- Payment scheme accepted are CASH or CORPORATE CHECKS only.

hi, im from laguna po kc, can i register online or on the spot payment, malayo po kc if im going to travel pa just to register po on the said dates then come back for the actual training date.tnx

maam, itatanong ko lang po pwede po ba magbayad ng fee ngayon then later na lang ang requirements? nasa cebu pa po kasi ako.

may i ask if pgpunta po ba ng registration date eh ksma na din ung fee? and im a registered nurse.. had ivt training and also had BLS and first aid training at redcross.. so can i attend your training?
