Number of Slots: 15 65
Credit Units (ANSAP/PRC):
- 18 didactic units and
- 12 practicum units
Requirements: current PRC license card and a photocopy of it
Reminders:
- Call the Division of Nursing Education and Research (DNER) 1 – 2 hours after your successful online pre-enlistment: 925-2401 loc. 3209/3210
- Applicants should report to the DNER within the day of on-line enlistment for verification of PRC license card prior to payment and pre-registration.

MAm Rona, I just passed d Dec. 2010 NLE and I want to have d IV training. Is it possible na makapag train even if I dont have my Prof. license during d said registration?
@NurZeL – congratulations! some hospitals will allow just the claim stub for the license card.
mam rona im interested to attend the iv training at phc but until now i dont have my license yet.i passed the july 2010 nle.i took the exam in cebu but currently im residing in diliman,qc.would it be okay if i just present my board rating certificate?i already sent to my classmate my claim stub and a power of attorney to get my license in her behalf but until now our license has not been released yet…

ma’am ron, okay lng po b magivt training while having training din s cardio-renal? tga zamboanga po kc kami and up to april lang ata kami. want sana din namin makapagivt training this march kung pwd po.
@ethel – yes of course. basta ba kaya ng schedule mo and may requirements ka na para makapag-train ng IVT.

hi ma’am ask ko lang po kelangan po ba ng license number kapag nagregister online? march 7 ang online registration sa ivt and march 7 din ang sched ko ng initial registration for newly registered nurses. gusto ko makaavail ng ivt training agad and baka kapag nakuha ko na ung license number ko wala ng available slot sa ivt.
@kring – I am not sure if they require the license number. Expect the online registration to be closed very early though. Madaming nag-aabang umaga pa lang.

@kring – that’s sad to hear. May mga hospitals talaga na strict sa requirements. Monthly compilation of seminars and training are on the right side of the site.

Nag-aaply po ako as volunteer rn sa isang osptl, wala pa akong IVT. Ang sabi sa osptl need ko IVT Card & Certificate. Pano ko ba maaaccomplish ang ANSAP reqt na dapat within 3 months mksubmit ako ng accomplishment at saang ospital ko iaaccomplish ang 3-3-2?
Papano po ba ako magkakaroon ng IVT Card at Certfc8 na hinihingi ng Ospital kung wala akong pagpapracticuman ng 3-3-2?

ask ko lng po kung sa heart center din po ang completion ng 3-3-2 cases if ever mkpag register kami?? kasi po in some other ivt training centers sa ibang hospitals pa po ung completion.. thanks po
@Megs – usually it is in the same hospital where you trained the basic IVT from.
maam rona, kasama na rin po ba sa 3000 ung completion? at m kailan nman po ba ung completion pag nkapag training na this coming mar 21-23.. thanx a lot
@bhotyRN – you can inquire directly with PHC if the registration fee of 3,000 includes the duty for the completion of cases. The completion usually follows after the 3-day didactic period.

Bakit 30 slots lang po? Akala ko ba 65 slots ang available? Ang bagal mag load nung sa registration, saktong 9AM ako pumasok pero hindi pa umabot. tsk
It’s frustrating to register for IVT training at Phil. Heart center when you’re a new nurse. They should have a clear understanding that getting a license for new nurses who just passed the Dec 2010 exams have yet to get their licenses a month from now and that the registration/license number provided us, as written in the claim stub should suffice as one of their requirements for the said training. Where can we air our grievances regarding this? We worked hard to become registered nurses only to be scoffed off when aspiring to get IVT training from Philippine Heart Center.

You may want to call PHC regarding this. They’re the one who can answer this for you. Best of luck.

good evening po.. may BLS training din po b s PHC this november 2011? i am still wondering why is that the BLS I.D. in PHC according to the internet is only valid for 1 year… yet it is said that the PHC is accredited by AHA.. and I know that AHA offers a 2 year validity of their BLS training compared to red cross which is pnly valid for a tear.. please, help me… THANKS

Dito sa Davao naka IVT training naman kami kahit yung certificate and claim stub lang kainis kasi ang tagal ibigay angPRC license tumawag ako January 2012 pa release sa mga July 2011 passers ang tagal sobra…
