@cathy – if the oath-taking ceremony and your registration day falls on the same day, it would be okay for you to register at the PRC on a much later date. It won’t be an issue if you go to the PRC on a much later date than your scheduled day to register. Most especially if you have a good reason for registering late i.e. you want to attend the oath-taking ceremony.
It says here: PRC Initial Registration Schedule for July 2010 Nursing Board Exam Passers (Cebu) that if you won’t be able to register on your scheduled date, you can register on OCTOBER 12 onwards.
@Nikola, anneRN – I do not know those information yet. I will be updating this post once I find them out.

@che – refer to this post regarding registration at the PRC: PRC Initial Registration Schedule for July 2010 Nursing Board Exam Passers (Cebu)

@ailen – wala pang ina-announce na regional oath-taking ceremony schedule. I’ll post it here as soon as it comes out. Can’t assure you that you will be able to register aside from where you applied to take the board exam.

@bianca yvonne – It’s not true that she passed. Somebody in another post have commented with the same exact story. Her name is Gladys and her sister told her the same thing. We had a lengthy discussion about it. You can read it here: http://www.philippinenursingdirectory.com/2010/08/29/prc-initial-registration-instructions-for-new-rn/comment-page-3/#comment-14449
maam when poh buh kani pwede nag pay para sa oath taking maam..?? thank you poh maam..
@mai-mai – unfortunately, i do not have any information regarding where you should pay for the oath-taking ceremony. sorry. once i have more information about this, i’ll post it right away.
@jillian – I have no other information yet regarding the oath-taking ceremony there in Cebu. I will update the post when I find out.
@chrome – Oath-taking Schedule for July 2010 Nursing Board Exam Successful Examinees (Regional). I have no information yet regarding the registration schedule in your area.
hello mam nag apply ako sa cebu is it possible sa pagadian city ako mag oath and mag apply ng registration kasi im from Pagadian kasi.
@mayRN – can’t assure that you will be able to register anywhere else aside from where you filed to take the board exam. You can take your oath anywhere you want to.
Ma’am Rona, good day po…
PhP 1,000. Sure ka?
gud pm po.. i’m vry much confused po. saan po ba bibili ticket for oath taking if sa lucena po ako mag o oath? tnx po.
maam ron good day! any suggestion po sa case ni twarts we do hav same case poh kasi.. ano poh ba mas gadang gawin…? tnx =)
@sling – he hasn’t replied. Is your oath-taking ceremony fee really PhP 1,000? Can you explain to me the situation?
maam ron good day! di po ako sure pero sabi ng fren ko PhP 600/inductee den PhP 200/guest. maam ang PNA membership card lang poh bah ang kelangan to avail the ticket for oath-taking ceremony? do we really have to go personally at the prc cebu to avail pna para makakuha ng ceremony ticket? eh pano po magasto po sa part namin kasi sa oct pa po ang schedule ng registration tapos pupunta lang kami ng cebu para bumili ng ticket for the ceremony then balik nanaman sa oath taking then babalik nanaman for the registration.. pabalik balik po kami sa cebu.. can our fren avail a ticket for us nalng? pwede pod ba un? any suggestion po?
@sling – Thanks for that information. PNA membership is OPTIONAL. You can apply for membership anytime you want or need to. I really am not sure how it goes there in Cebu but to be able to buy oath-taking tickets here in Manila for the SMX ceremony, the inductees just presented their sequence number in the official nursing board exam list, the verification slip from PRC that they passed or a newspaper with the list and an ID. It might be better if you call to inquire in the following:
PRC Cebu: (032) 255-7396 to 97
PNA Cebu: (032) 254-7454
thank you very much maam…. God bless..=)
@sling – you’re welcome and good luck. Let us know here what happens. It might help the others who have a similar situation like yours.
good afternoon po. i just wanna ask what if naubusan ng ticket for oath taking sa smx? do i have to take the oath at the prc? how should i do it po? thank u ng madami!
@von RN – I’ll just quote myself again for the nth time:
There were some who have already called the PRC and was informed that the PRC will hold a FREE oath-taking ceremony at their auditorium on the 21 – 22, / 22 – 23, both 9 AM – 12 noon. You may call PRC in the numbers on the right side of the screen to inquire about this.
im sorry ma’am i haven’t noticed it! hehe thank u so much po!
@von RN – no problem. basta alam mo na ‘yan ha?
@kennethRN – office hours, weekdays.
hello maam Rona, I’m a December 2010 board passer waiting for the next thing to do to get my licence.. what would be my schedule for the oath taking ceremony and where?
