@myra – hello. The PRC or BON hasn’t released any schedule yet for the oath-taking ceremony in Cebu. I will post it here as soon as it comes out.

@eden – hindi ka pwede mag-register kung hindi mo pa araw para mag-register. You may though go to PRC and explain your situation and ask them if they would allow you to register ahead of your schedule. Bring documents that can serve as proof that you are leaving before your scheduled day to register. If that is not possible, here’s a PRC resolution for those who wants to register while in abroad: PRC Resolution No. 2006-313 Series of 2006

@eden – wala kang dapat i-process para makapag take ng oath. Pupunta ka lang sa venue para umattend ng ceremony.

Ma’am Rona, I’m from Davao and sa Cebu po ako nag-exam. Pwede po ba ako dito magpa-register sa Davao? Ayaw ko din po sanang sumali sa oath taking. Pwede po bang hindi and dun na lang sa PRC ako magte-take ng oath? Thank you.
@Joseph – can’t assure that you will be able to register anywhere else aside from where you filed to take the board exam. Kasi ang papers mo ay nandoon sa PRC Cebu. Baka walang ma i-process ang PRC Davao sa’yo. You can take your oath anywhere you want to. You’re welcome.
ma’am rona gud morning poh.. ask lang poh ako about po sa PNA membership kasi nagpamember po kami last monday lang tapos di poh namin na napansin nakalagay sa likod nang card (the white one) valid up to oct 31,2010.. ganito poh bah talaga ito? tapos renew nanaman s nov. 1?
@Asloi – what? are you sure? It’s supposed to be October 2011 and NOT October 2010. Hindi pwede yan. Kakapamember niyo pa lang expired na in a month? That membership fee won’t be of any use at all. Either nagkamali lang sila ng nailagay or talagang expired na siya sa October 2010. Go back to the PNA and have it replaced if it’s the former.

@Asloi – you’re welcome. I am here to help. I’m glad that you asked about it. Kasi hindi talaga pwede na expired na siya ngayong October 2010. Baka nga din yung iba ganun din hindi lang nila nakikita pa.
mam rona gudmorning poh,,, ask q lang puh qng pwd pa magpareg for license kasi d puh kami nakaabot sa sched it should be last sept 15 pero puh bgo sched pu un dpt puh oct 15 (old sched) d puh kmi naaware na my bgo na pala sched,,, pnu pu un??? my friend puh kasi aq na nakapag reg puh xa kahit di na nya ched,,, kea ttnung q puh qng pwd pa puh magpareg kahit lumampas na sa sched,,, salamat puh mam rona hoping for ur response ang godbless!!!
@sharrmaine mendoza – may mga nag-comment na dito na nakapag-register sila sa V-Tech kahit late basta dala ng PRC personnel ang papers nila galing sa PRC Main Office.

@karen joy- yes unfortunately, ganun talaga. kung saan ka nag-file to take the board exam, doon ka din dapat mag-reregister.

maam rona… august 31 pa po ako nagparegister sa prc hanggang ngayon wla pa po akong license. how long will it take ba to have my license?
@arnel – did you not get a claim stub from PRC after registering? that claim stub will have the date that you are supposed to claim your license card. That’s how it’s done here in PRC Manila.
i have a claim stub po pero wlang date when to be claimed. date of registration lang ang nakalagay.
@arnel – supposedly, meron dapat date na nakalagay kung kelan babalik para i-claim ang license card. My guess is PRC can’t commit to a date kasi di nila alam kung kailan nila talaga matatapos magawa ang mga certificates and plastic cards.
bakit po walang specific date of claim ng license card sa claimslip ko nkalagay lang po 4-6 mos. how will i know po the exact date of claim? and pwede po ba ma claim ang license in manila even if sa cebu ka nag exam? thanks
@cen – I don’t have the slightest idea why there’s no specific date in the claim stub when you can claim your license card. You can call PRC Cebu to ask when the exact date will be. If you applied to take the board exam in Cebu, it’s definite that you filed for your registration in Cebu, too. Sa Cebu mo lang din pwede ma-claim ang license card mo.
Rood day Ma’am Rona RN, i am here to ask if when will be the release of our PRC ID here in cebu, coz i am from bohol and i went to cebu last dec 28 to get my PRC ID, but cebu PRC said that they will release it this January, they didn’t specify what date.. so can you please help me?? so that i wont waste money in going there thanks…
@blyke – the only way that I can recommend for you to do so you don’t waste your time, money and effort is to call PRC Cebu first to ask if your License Card is already available before going back there again.

hi ms rona. I passed the LET board exam last 2007, i havent attended yet the oath taking due to my schedule @ work.. pwde ba ako maka-take ng oath taking anytime? can i join the oath taking sa mga recent passers thi year or may oath po ba sa pRC mismo? and also until now hindi ko pa napa-process ang PRC ID ko.. this year ko po sna balak e-process, last 2007 pa ako pumasa.. mga magkano na din po kaya babayaran ko nyan pag pwde ko pa makuha?.. pls reply asap, need ur help po talaga

@velle – check you claim stub if it has your registration number. that registration number will also be your license number.

@lory – the registration number that you have when you initially registered to the PRC (after passing the NLE) will also be your license number. That registration number will be written down in your claim stub.

Ask ko lang po about sa registration number na nakalagay sa claim slip for the license.. Kasi po hindi nila nailagay yung registration number ko. Is it still okay to present it if its blank when your about to claim your license na??? or required talaga na dapat may registration number na nakalagay dun before you claim it?

@KC – it’s a non-issue. Most probably tinamad lang isulat ang registration number mo nung nagbigay ng claim slip.

I would like to inquire about the renewal of my PRC ID… Is it Ok to renew it even if I’m in UK.. Is it possible that my sister can do it without me going back to PHilippines?
@aileen – yes you can have it renewed through your authorized representative. Just give an authorization letter and provide a photocopy of your valid ID.

ask ko lng po kung halimbawa indi na renew ang license ng nurse for 5 or more years nagiging invalid na po ba eto? is there a need to re take the Licensure exam? thanks!
