Hello! kung sa Pampanga po ako nag-aral and nagtake ng July 2010 NLE pwede ba yung sa Dagupan office ako mag-initial Registration? salamat po!
@Sarah RN – Kung saan PRC office or kung ano ang PRC office ka kumuha ng board exam, doon ka dapat mag initial registration.

@Venuz – you will initially register at the PRC office where you filed for application to take the board exam. That is how it is in PRC Manila. Please call PRC Baguio at this number: (074) 444-7603 to get more accurate information regarding this.

@Venuz – oathtaking saan? Kung dito sa SMX Mall of Asia, the tickets can only be bought at the PNA office in Manila. At the moment, wala pang schedule ng regional oathtaking.

Ngaun meron po din pala sa region 3 for initial registration sa Oct. 1 sa TSU dito sa tarlac. pwd po ba akong mag apply sa tarlac nalang? since gusto kong makapag registraion agad kaysa mag hintay ako for Oct. 19.. possible po ba un mam?

hi maam. ask ko lang po if may schedule din po and mga baguio examiners for initial registration..yung alphabetical ba like manila? and isa pa maam..kung saan ka ba nagfile for the exam before dun ka rin magpafile ng registration? sa baguio po kasi ako mam nagfile and nag exam. thanks po.
@Rose – the registration dates that the PRC Baguio has given above indicates that there’s no need to follow an alphabetical system to be able to register. Kung sa PRC Baguio ka nagfile para makapagtakek ng board exam, doon ka din magreregister initially.

Napansin ko po hanggang October 1 lang po yung registration sched na naka-post po sa taas. Paano po makakapag-register yung naka-sched for later dates?

@verg – This is PRC Baguio’s “SERVICE ON THE GO” SCHEDULES”. Kumbaga sila na ang lumalapit sa mga area’s na nakasaad sa schedule nila para hindi ka na pumunta sa Baguio pa. Call PRC Baguio in this number for more information: (074) 444-7603.

Yes, that is the PRC Baguio’s Service on the Go schedule is for.Call them in this number for more information: (074) 444-7603. Saang oathtaking ceremony ang tinutukoy mo?I just called them. Hindi allowed ang initial registration sa Service on the Go schedule nila. You have to go to PRC Baguio for that. Just so you don’t waste any time or effort, call them [(074) 444-7603] yourself before taking any action.

@verg – yes pwedeng pwede ka mag oathtaking sa SMX. Basta agahan mo ang pagbili ng ticket sa PNA dahil baka magkaubusan. Pwedeng pwede ka din bumili ng ticket kahit hindi ka pa nakapagregister.

meron lang po akung mga katanungan.. nabasa ku na po yung ibang mga tanung nila.. at naktulong naman po pero meron pa ren po akung mga tanung..
1. sabi nyo po “oath taking first before registration” e ang oath taking is on sept 20 and 21.. panu ku po malalaman kung kelan aku dapat pumunta sa SMX?
2. meron din po bang schedule ng surname ang pagoath?
3. o bahala na po kami kung kelan pupunta sa 2 dates na yun?
4. san po pla makabibili ng tickets?
5. magkanu po ba ang ticket? kasi me nababalitaan po aku na 1k daw po at good for 2?
6. anu po ba yung good for 2? ako at 1 parent? o yung 2 eh for 2 parents? kung bibili po ba aku ng extra ticket how much po kaya each?

@angel – Hello. Sa PRC Baguio Regional Office ka mag re-register — kung saan ka nagfile for application to take the board exam. That is PRC Baguio’s website. You can call them in the numbers above to ask if they have a “Service on the Go” schedule near your place where you can initially register. Ginagawa nila yan para yung mga nakatira malapit sa Baguio like yung mga taga Pangasinan, etc. ay di na pumunta pa sa Baguio City. Kung wala, sa PRC Baguio ka talaga mag reregister.
hello..tanong lng po…about sa initial registration…prc baguio po ako nagapply for the exam and i took the exam at san fernando la union…prc baguio din po ba ako mag initial register?…pano po yung register where you took the exam policy?…wla din naman akong nabasa na kasali ang registration sa services ng satellite office ng prc sa la union…napaka-ironic…
@joel – It really is ironic, isn’t? The best thing to do in your situation is to just call PRC Baguio to be sure where you should register. Just so you do not waste any time, effort, money and what have you.

hi ma’am, I have read your earlier messages,you’ve said that we could get tickets even if we haven’t yet register, so what will be our proof to them that we are board passers so they can give us the tickets?thank you ma’am,,
@Irene – you do not need to present a proof that you passed the board exam. PNA has a list of the successful examinees of the July 2010 nursing board exam. They will refer to that list during ticket selling. You just need to present an ID. Any ID will do.

Ma’am Rona ok lang po ba kahit di na ako magdadala ng guest ko sa oathtaking? At saka isa pa po pinapatanong ko ng friend ko if kelan daw last filing for December for the repeaters. Di po kasi pinalad ang isang friend ko. kaya balak na naman nyang magtake sa December. thanks po Ma’am Rona. God bless!
@Vince – yeah okay lang kahit di ka na magdala ng guest sa oath-taking. Wala naman kasi activity doon na kailangan ang parent or somebody who would do something for you. @jessie – tomorrow is a National Holiday and PRC is a government office. My gut feeling tells me they won’t be doing any services. You can call PRC Baguio to confirm this, though. I could be wrong: (074) 444-7603.

gudpm mam Rona! is it ok to have my initial reg in baguio just in case i cant make it to reg in dagupan city? cuz im not in dagupan ryt now.. i applied for NLE in baguio however… and if ever i will reg in baguio, can i still take my oath in dagupan city? is it ok also if i will take my oath first before my regstration? however, i heard from others that if thats the way, then i can get my license after 4hours…is it right? sorry for the many questions…tnx a lot ms Rona, RN!

@khimmy – no problem in that if you would register where you applied to take the board exam. PRC would prefer that cause it would make things easier for them. You can also take your oath anywhere you want to. And ideally, a recent board passer SHOULD take an oath first before registering.

@ruel – hindi. wala ang files mo sa PRC Manila so hindi nila ma-pa-process ang initial registration mo.
mam rona meron na palang bagong sked for initial registration dun sa extenson office sa quezon city eh yung bagong sked ko don sept 22. eh mam hindi po ako makakapunta ng sept 22 because of important matters. dun sa lumang sked sa PRC sampaloc naka sked ako dun oct. 20. kapg mag papareg ako sa oct. 20 sa sampaloc i acknowledge po kaya ako dun..
@mar – I am not sure if they will. You can always register on a much later date though.
hmmm inaalala ko lang mam baka i late registration nila ko so mga november pa ako makakapag register. as much as possible po sana makapg register po sana ako para ma process agad and i can use my license for employment purposes. kaya it keeps reminding me yung oct. 20 sa PRC sampaloc. any way mam last question there’s a chance ba na matatapos ako that day sept 22, if darating ako ng 1pm sa extension office?
@mar – Honestly, I wouldn’t really know because this is the first time (that I know of) that PRC has opened an extension office for initial registration of new nurses. Hindi din ako familiar sa V-tech building and kung gaano kalaki ang space ng PRC doon. I’ll see if I can ask here some of those who will be registering ahead of you on how long they processed their registration in the new venue. Hopefully they would comment on how it was registering there so we’d know what the situation is.

@marj – walang kinalaman ang oath-taking sa Manila sa Baguio and vice-versa. Walang problema kung gusto mo bumili ng ticket para sa oath-taking ceremony sa Baguio kahit may ticket ka na ng para sa oath-taking sa Maynila.

@joyce – as of this writing, PRC has no official announcement (that I know of) for an extension of filing for December 2010 NLE.

hi, may i ask kung i really have to go all the way to Baguio for my initial registration since dun ako ng-file for board exam kahit sa dagupan ako nag-take? and open p po ba ang registration until Wednesday kasi po i have a very tight schedule with my job right now, anyway, hanggang kelan po ba talaga pwdng magp-reg pra sa oath? please do address my concern. thank you po.
