Oathtaking Schedule for July 2010 Nursing Board Exam Successful Examinees (Metro Manila)
The PRC-Board of Nursing (BON) oath-taking schedule (Metro Manila) for the July 2010 Nursing Board Exam successful examinees is set on:
September 20 and 21, 2010.

Tickets for the oath-taking will be available at the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) office which is located at:
1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate, Manila, from September 1 – 20, 2010 on a “first-come, first-served” basis after the release of the nursing board exam result which as estimated by the PRC, will be on the last week of August 2010. (See below on how to go to the PNA office)

The oath-taking ceremony of the July 2010 nursing board exam successful examinees as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board of Nursing on:
Monday and Tuesday
September 20 and 21, 2010
Morning Session: 8:00 A.M.; Afternoon Session: 1:00 P.M.
SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City
All must come in their:
- white gala uniform (female); white duty uniform (male)
- nurse’s cap (female only)
- white duty shoes
And should be not wearing earrings and hair is not touching the collar. Corsage is not allowed.

- PhP 350 – inductee
- PhP 200/guest (only 2 guests are allowed per inductee) AS OF SEPTEMBER 2, 2010, ONLY 1 (ONE) GUEST IS ALLOWED PER INDUCTEE.
PNA Membership: PhP 400 (1 year membership but valid only until December 2010) (VALID until OCTOBER 2011); (PNA Membership is OPTIONAL.)
How to go the PNA office:
Option 1. Take the LRT Line 1 (North Avenue – Baclaran route) -
- Get off at Pedro Gil station. (Cross the street if coming from North Avenue to Baclaran direction)
- You will see a Petron gas station and you can walk it from there
- After the Petron gas station is F. Benitez St.
- Turn RIGHT and you will see the Iglesia ni Cristo church
- Next to the Iglesia ni Cristo church is the PNA building. It can’t be missed as they have a sign that says: “Pambansang Samahan ng Mga Nurse ng Pilipinas“.
Option 2. From Makati or Guadalupe area -
- Take the Guadalupe-Tulay–Paco jeeps and you can get off directly at F. Benitez St. Landmark is the Petron gas station.
- Take Tamaraw FX taxi’s going to Robinson’s Place mall in Manila. Get off at Pedro Gil St. and follow the instructions in Option 1.

PNA’s TICKET SELLING SCHEDULE OF THE MASS OATH-TAKING CEREMONY AT THE SMX Convention Center ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Ticket Date and Time: September 20, AM schedule – will be sold until September 17, 5:00 P.M.
Ticket Date and Time: September 20, PM schedule – will be sold until September 20, 12 NOON
Ticket Date and Time: September 21, AM schedule – will be sold until September 20, 5:00 P.M.
Ticket Date and Time: September 21, PM schedule – will be sold until September 21, 12 NOON
Reminder:
- This ticket-selling schedule applies until all tickets are sold out.
- Your oath-taking schedule would depend on what school in the NCR or nearby provinces you are from.
- Those who are from other regions may attend this oath-taking ceremony provided that tickets are still available.

KNOW YOUR SEQUENCE NUMBER IN THE NURSING BOARD EXAM RESULT LIST BEFORE GOING TO THE PNA. THIS SEQUENCE NUMBER WILL BE ASKED FROM YOU WHICH YOU WILL HAVE TO WRITE ON A PIECE OF PAPER FOR FASTER TRANSACTION.

TICKETS FOR THE OATH-TAKING CEREMONY AT THE SMX ARE ALREADY SOLD OUT. The PRC will hold 2 days of oath-taking ceremonies in their auditorium and IT IS FREE OF CHARGE. The oath-taking ceremonies will be on September 22 and September 23 OR September 23 and September 24 (call PRC to verify the dates of their oath-taking ceremonies), both at 9 am – 12 noon. You still need to be in COMPLETE GALA UNIFORM as noted in the requirements. .

Yes, they collected signed Oath forms then returned it to us already with BON’s signature. Others brought their accomplished forms (with picture & metered stamps already). Mine was given by an assistant before I entered the room and was asked to fill-in just the name & signature since I have no Oath Form yet.
And another Yes. There was a form (list) for attendees which we filled-in before we entered PRC premises.
@EdEvan – Thanks for your reply man. I wonder if there are some in attendance who are already registered and just waiting for their license. Cause if they already have registered, it means they already have signed and submitted their oath forms.

haaayyyysss!! ngaun lang nakapag online, grabe yung pila sa PRC nung special oathtaking, buti sya 3 hrs lang pumila, kame from 9.30 to 1pm na ata yun nasa labas kame,mga 1.30 nakapasok kame sa loob kasi medyo makulimlim na, parang uulan kaya madame pinapasok sa loob, swerte lang talaga kame nang GF ko, kasi sya kasama ko, nasa loob na kame nang PRC then biglang buhos nang malakas na ulan, kawawa yung mga naka pila sa labas.. ang tgal pa din nang pinag antay namen sa PRC, bago pa ako nakapag oath,dapat talaga di na ako mag ooath e,hehehe..
tapos after nang oath taking, wala talagang maayos na sistema ang PRC, yung mga pinirmahan na oath form, sa mga hagdan pinamimigay kaya nak nang pating..ang gulo, siksikan at nakakatakot kasi baka mahulog ka sa hagdan..
at 3 tao ang namimigay at dun lang sila sa may hagdan, so di malaman kung kanino ka makikinig, kasi di mo alam kung naka nino ang papel mo, buti na lang yung tinutukan ko, andun yung paper ko,at sandali lang ako nag hantay..
grabe..anung nang yayare sa member na binabayaran nang mga nag reregister sa PRC, di man lang sila nakapag provide nang maayos na venue.. wala tlaga sa ayos mga taga PRC..
hahaha! haba na pala nang na type ko, ^^
mam rona, help! alam nio po ba kung saan ang address ng jun’s photo? yun po kasi yung official photographer ng prc nung oathtaking namin. hindi ko pa po kasi nakukuha picture ko, la naman po cla sa prc n ngayon
