This one day learning-interactive activity will focus on the best practices in nursing administration-looking inward and towards the future.

Date: August 27, 2010 (Friday)

Time: 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Place: Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel

Registration Fee:
Pre-Registration – PhP 2,300 (until July 31, 2010, Friday)
On Site Registration: PhP 2,500
Life Members Discount: PhP 200

Registration Fee Payment Schemes:
1. Deposit at any BDO (Banco de Oro) branch; Account Number is 2010065383. Fax a copy of your deposit slip and the names of the attendees at 351-2629 OR upload/send the deposit slip to ANSAP through their online Registration Form page.
2. For check payments, write the full name of ANSAP: Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines

Note:

  • Registration fee is inclusive of lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and certificate of attendance
  • Registration fee is non refundable
  • Failure to meet the deadline for Pre-registration fee will be considered On-Site Registration.
