Saudi Requires Foreign Nurses to take the Prometric Exam
The Saudi Council mandates all foreign nurses to pass the Prometric Exam before working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the Philippines, the accredited testing center is
THOMSON PROMETRIC, Ateneo Professional Schools.
Address is 130 H. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

The examination is scheduled Tuesday up to Friday, with a fee of USD 90.00. A prometric exam is similar to the licensure exam for nurses given in the Philippines.

PS. I called them pala and the representative said that this July ,they have schedules until Sunday. Good for those who are working. However, I really hate their website! I already used 5 computers different locations. Office, at home, my friend’s, my boyfriend’s my mom’s friend’s computer and website is still down believe me!!! haiz…

I already took the exam. Contrary to the posts I’ve read before, the exam was quite hard! T_T Hirap ata nung set na napunta sakin. Though there were questions which were uber easy. However, most of the questions in my exam made my brain bleed! huhuhu… Alhamdullilah, I passed. I think I got higher than what I was expecting because of my intelligent guesses lang. I thought mga 20 plus lang ang tama ko hahaha Now I know, it will really depend on your set. Maybe other sets were easy. Haiz. Mas madali pa ung NCLEX questionnaires na sinasagutan ko sa net. Kinakabahan pako pindutin ung “END” button kasi after mo pindutin un lalabas na kung passed o failed ka, and your score and percentage.

What is more better, re-taking the exam or renew the licensed? I passed the prometric exam for nurses in saudi srabia, pero nayon expired na ito, nag inquire ako paano ma renew pero I have to earn 45 hours of continuous nursing education in saudi arabia to gain my new ID, but the problem is I have to go to other hospitals in Saudi to attend some symposium like going to Khobar, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
