Amendment to Board Resolution No. 17 Series of 2009 Dated July 31, 2009 on Prescribing a Dress Code for Examinees in the Nurses Licensure Examination

Key Points:

1. Examinees who are not in the prescribed dress code WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAMINATION.
2. Your school uniform is the appropriate attire for the licensure examination.

Female:
clinical uniform
white shoes
white stockings
without nameplate, school insignia or logo or pin

Pregnant Female:
white clinical scrub suit

Male:
clinical insignia
white shoes
white socks
without nameplate, school insignia or logo or pin
