* US RN: with active / valid US License such as New Mexico, Illinois, Vermont, New York, etc. and preferably with experience working in the US
* Above average ENGLISH communication skills (oral & written)
* Foreign language spoken (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) an advantage
* Computer Literate
* Able to document meticulously
* Possess critical thinking skills
* Capacity to function independently
* Work well in stressful situations
* Flexibility in schedule

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Nurse Supervisors, the primary objective of the position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner on every call as measured by Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Long-term Investor Value.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to telephone calls pertaining to health related inquiries and concerns which are basic and routine in nature.
* Use computerized system to provide information and answer health related questions as prompted by incoming calls.
* Also asks probing questions for more data as necessary
* Process customer calls consistent with program specified strategies and customer satisfaction measurements to include but not limited to proper answering procedure, e.g. opening and closing remarks
* Follow and adhere to prescribed training methods
* Serve as first level contact for customer complaint resolution
* May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to Supervisors or QAs
* Maintain acceptable levels of performance including but not limited to attendance, adherence, customer courtesy, and all other productivity and efficiency targets and objectives
* Learn new methods and services as the job requires
* Identify inaccuracies in databases and report problems for correction
* Other related duties assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Qualifications:
* Must have the interest to serve patients with care and empathy
* Must have demonstrated PC knowledge including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
* Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills
* Must have effective written and oral communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented to work in a high stress environment
* Possesses critical thinking skills
* Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
* Ability to travel between call center locations and other company sponsored events on a varying schedule
* Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines
* Able to type 30 wpm with 3% errors or less
License/Certificate:
* Registered Nurse a must
* IELTS, CGFNS, NCLEX passers an advantage
Work Schedule:
* Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
* Willingness to render extended hour/s as the need arises.
