Baby girl with 2 heads born in Fabella Hospital

This is a rare case of conjoined twinning called “dicephaly thoracopagus.” 1 in 80,000 are born with this condition worldwide.

The girl is still in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital but is reported that will be transferred to Philippine Heart Center soon for further diagnostic tests and better management of her heart condition.

Philippine Nursing Board Exam (NLE) June 6 and 7, 2009 Results

32,617 out of 77,901 passed the June 6 and 7, 2009 nursing board exam.

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) commissioner Ruth Padilla said in radio report that the latest nursing exam had a 41.87% passing rate.

The latest results were 2.64 percent lower than that from the February 2009 exams, which had a 44.51% passing rate, the PRC said.
