TRAINING DATES:
1. June 8, 2009 – July 10, 2009 (CLOSED)
2. July 27, 2009 – August 28, 2009 (35 SLOTS AVAILABLE)
3. September 14, 2009 – October 16, 2009 (48 SLOTS AVAILABLE)
4. November 2, 2009 – December 4, 2009 (50 SLOTS AVAILABLE)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Photocopy of RENAP membership
2. Photocopy of PRC license
3. Resume
4. Two (2) 1×1 ID picture
5. IVT card (optional)
-no registration dates
-first come-first served basis
-no reservations
-at least 25% downpayment (Php 5,000.00)
-inclusive of ECG, BLS and ACLS
-with two (2) scrub suits and one (1) laboratory gown
